Research on Development and Test Analysis of Full-Scale Fatigue Test System of X65 Submarine Pipeline

The fatigue performance of welded joints submarine pipelines is directly related to the safety and economic benefits structures. Considering limitations calculation, anti-fatigue design small-scale test in evaluation analysis pipeline life, this paper demonstrated feasibility, scientificity advancement full-scale technology engineering applications. Consequently, a system its applied for ZY-PFS2000 have been first developed China, which effects welding residual stress, stress concentration, initial defects, internal pressure shutdown medium fluctuations on life were comprehensively taken into account. Through (four-point bending + pressure) X65 pipeline, cycles different specifications under amplitudes obtained. Moreover, loading results evaluated analyzed accordance with international standard BS 7608 DNV C203. research conducive accumulating data not only offering quantitative basis subsequent operation cycle, but also providing reference direction future development technology.
